These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fleetko mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. User Eligibility and Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Fleetko.
• Accuracy of Information: Users must provide true and accurate details including Full Name, Company/Fleet Name, and City.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your profile.

2. Description of Services

Fleetko provides a digital platform for the logistics industry consisting of two primary phases:

• Phase 1 (Directory Services): A platform for Shippers, Transporters, Truck Owners, and Brokers to create professional profiles and list vehicle availability.
• Phase 2 (Online Brokerage): A marketplace for posting and finding verified loads for specific routes.

3. User Roles and Conduct

Users must select their appropriate role within the app—Shipper, Truck Owner, Transporter, or Broker—and adhere to the specific functions of those roles.

• Truck Listings: Users listing vehicles must provide accurate specifications for LCVs, Open Body trucks, Containers, or Trailers (including axle types like SXL/MXL).
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the App for any fraudulent activities or to misrepresent vehicle availability or load requirements.

4. Communication and Coordination

• WhatsApp Integration: By using the App, you acknowledge that communication between users and the Fleetko support team may occur via WhatsApp for business coordination.
• Brokerage Fees: Fleetko earns service fees or brokerage for facilitating connections between vehicles and loads.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Platform Only: Fleetko acts as a digital bridge. We are not a party to the actual transport agreements between Shippers and Transporters.
• No Warranty: We do not guarantee the performance of any user or the condition of any vehicle listed on the platform.
• Data Accuracy: Fleetko is not liable for incorrect information entered by users during profile setup or route management.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms or modify the App's features at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

Fleetko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the logistics community.
