Instant Booking
For trips of 100 KM or less, Fleetko shows you the price upfront, calculated using the distance between pickup and drop, your selected vehicle, and applicable tax.
Both partners and drivers can accept an instant booking. When a partner accepts, they assign the driver for the trip.
Bidding Booking
Partners submit their own offers and assign a driver, and you compare the bids received and choose the one that works best for you.
The assigned driver can be updated by the partner until the booking becomes ongoing.

For fixed price bookings, the price is calculated based on the distance between your pickup and drop locations, the vehicle you select, and applicable tax.
What is the difference between a fixed price booking and a bidding booking?
A fixed price booking uses a calculated price that any partner or driver can accept. A bidding booking allows partners to submit their own price, and you choose the bid that suits you.
Who decides which driver handles my trip?
If a partner accepts your booking or wins your bid, the partner assigns the driver. The driver can be updated by the partner until the trip becomes ongoing.
